Capt. James is the only Penang-born Malaysian selected by the United Nations as an Expert Assessor for Ocean Affairs and Law of the Sea (UNDOALOS). He is a Fellow of The Nautical Institute UK and a Research Fellow at the Center for Ocean Policy & Economics (USA) . In 2021, MarineTraffic named him one of the world’s "Top Maritime Influencers You Should Follow."

Who is Marc Joseph Arpon ?

Marc’s seafaring background includes RoRo vessels, bulk carriers, and general cargo ships. He gained hands-on expertise in ship operations, dry-docking, and compliance before transitioning ashore as a Superintendent Assistant, supporting EU MRV, IMO DCS, and fleet operations. Now at DNV, he builds strong client relationships, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and sustainability strategies.

Who is Zina S ?

With an extensive career in shipping, logistics, and international trade, Zina has played a key role in driving strategic growth, carrier relations, and operational excellence across multiple regions. She is the first female General Manager for Ports and Terminals in the UAE, a true trailblazer in the maritime industry.
